Estoy súper contento! , cuando vi que era momento de tomarme las fotos finales me asuste, creí no tenía avances, yo pesaba 78 kilos y se me notaba en la cara y abdomen, a pesar de tener años haciendo crossfit nunca lograba eliminar esa grasa extra.
