My before weight was 62kg and my after weight is 59.8kg. I didn't achieve my goal of losing 8kg but I did lose 2.2kg and gained muscle. Next time I participate in the challenge I will be putting down more realistic goals and working harder. I used all the products every day. I would have 1 shake in the morning which included MRP, Fibre, Berry Blast and Supergreens. I would have 1 Probiotics Ultra at night before bed, 5 Vitamins a day with meals, 1 Digest Ultra a day with dinner and occassionally take a Complete Burn and the Repair Ultra if I was sore. For a majority of the challenege I exercised for 2 hours per day 5 days a week. The last 2 weeks of the challenge I didn't do much exercise at all, however I still took the products every day. I am proud I went through with the whole challenge even though I didn't achieve the results I wanted, but now I know what I need to do and improve on next time. This challenge has been fantastic as it's given me something to work on and I'm adopting better habits into my life on a daily occassion, it truly is becoming more of a lifestyle choice and I can never imagine myself not taking these products now.
