Terminé un ciclo más del reto y estoy súper contento por que llegué a la mejor forma que he estado en toda mi vida!!
Bajé 8 kgs en las 8 semanas pero fue principalmente grasa y creo que las fotos lo reflejan. Tomé todos los productos de Yor de manera diaria y hacía alrededor de 1 hora de pesas en el gimnasio 5 días a la semana (alrededor de una hora ya que iba a la hora de la comida por mi horario de trabajo).
