Hello! My name is Dana nguyen and this is my 5th 8 week challenge cycle. My goal was to go from 19% body fat to 14%. Unfortunately I did not reach my goal. I stayed the same percentage. When I checked my percentage and saw that I stayed the same, I was bummed but glad at the same time. My regimen was a little different this time. I still continued my Zumba class 3x a week.I started lifting weights with this cycle. Only this time I did not go as hard nor as much as I wanted.
My regimen was really simple. I drank supergreens in the morning to start my day. Took a capsule of enzymes every time I ate my breakfast, lunch, & dinner. My metabolism has increased so now I eat 5-6x a day with snacks in between which is mostly fruits. I work out at night after work hours between the hours of 7-11pm. Then after I would drink my yorshake. I mix up my shake with fruits Sometimes to change the flavor.
For sure my next 8 week challenge my workout and food regimen will be better and I will still continue to get to my goal which is bring down my percentage body fat
