For two years I had been looking for some motivation to get back to healthier me. YOR Health provided me with that motivation. I became an Independent Representative and knew that by doing the 8 week challenge people could follow me on my journey and hopefully be inspired themselves. Starting at the heaviest weight I have ever been, 91kgs, I knew this had to be the turning point for me. My main goal through this entire thing was to take it on with a holistic approach, to not just spend 8 weeks going to the gym everyday and eating nothing but good foods but to do it in a way that is feasible and a complete lifestyle change, so that after the 8 weeks it was something I could continue to do and not fall back into the same horrible habits as before. This was something that has previously happen to me in the past on multiple occasions. The classic gain all the weight back plus more type scenario! I bought my first go green set and it was no looking back from there. I usually started my mornings out with an MRP (which I find delicious) and then would have my SuperGreens, Fiber Plus and Berry Blast about an hour later. I can honestly say I could not remember the last time I felt so naturally energised. I also completely gave up coffee, so I am now 8 weeks strong with no coffee! This has been huge for me and I now no longer depend on that coffee to wake me up in the mornings, or even a sneaky afternoon one to 'get me through' the day. I would also have my vitamins at breakfast, lunch and dinner, with my Probiotic Ultra at night time before bed. It's hard to pick a favourite product but the Digest Ultra definitely stands out to me. This really helped me in not feeling overly full and sluggish when eating, or wanting to take a nap after a meal which is something that I struggled with fairly often! With all of the products, exercise 3-4 times per week and a healthy balanced diet, I'm sitting now at a much lighter 85kgs. I cannot wait to continue my journey to a healthier me! I know that this is only the beginning and I cannot wait to share it with everyone I know! I have still have a ways to go until I hit my target of 70kgs however, I could not be more proud of myself for what I have been able to achieve over the last 8 weeks and to also do it in a way that anyone can makes me feel great! I have had many messages from not only friends and family but from people I don't even know thanking me for being so inspirational and sharing my journey with them and thanking me for having the courage to show my progress pictures to the world! This has been and will continue to be a journey of inspiring myself and others! I do not plan to stop and will more than likely consider doing another two more cycles of the 8 week slim challenge and maybe even a sculpt one by the end of those! I am feeling confident that in 5 weeks time when I head to America for a holiday that I will be able to get into a swimsuit for the first time in 4 years!
