Super excited to say I dropped 3lbs , started this challenge weighing in at 126lbs and now I'm weighing in at 123lbs, only 1lb off from reaching my goal. I took the Probiotics, Digest Ultra, Vitamins, Complete Burn, Berry Blast, Yor Repair, Supergreens, Fiber, and the Vanilla YOR shakes. I pretty much did the Scuplt set except for the muscle energy. I took all my products everyday, except for a few days when I went on vacation. I aimed to exercise at least 5-6x a week, but found myself exercising sometimes 1-2x a week.

I love doing the challenge because it has changed my life in so many ways. Learning how to stay consistent even when there are some very dark days where you want to give up and tell yourself your just not worth it. You learn to dig a little deeper until you find that light, that hope telling you yes you can do this. Being part of this community and seeing the results of everyone else is truly inspiring, the support from the community is so powerful because it has shown me faith, belief, and hope in myself. I feel so much more stronger and confident that I know from now on every goal I set my mind on, I will achieve. I'm not just confident in the way I look but also with the person I'm learning to become, I truly appreciate and love myself inside out.
