El impacto que el Reto tuvo para mi esta siendo algo super impresionante y emocionante, porque ya había logrado bajar de peso antes con los productos pero me negaba hacer ejercicio rotundamente, pero vi que todos mis amigos y que mi novio empezaron hacerlo y la verdad no quise quedarme fuera, sin querer eso me impulso hacer lo que nunca había hecho.
Empezando por levantarme, para lo que para mi es temprano (6:30am), hacer ejercicio (tipo crossfit) al menos 6 de los 7 días de la semana y tomándome mi malteada con fibra, digest (diario), muchiiiiisimo repair y derrepente berry blast durante mis rutinas.

Me di cuenta que no calcule bien mi meta y que tengo que conocerme mejor, lo que si logre es aumentar masa muscular sin darme cuenta y tonificar mas mi cuerpo y eso me gusta. Estoy contenta y vamos por nuevas metas ahora.
