Estoy feliz por haber terminado mi tercer reto. Ahora, después de 8 meses sin cortisona, por fin siento que me estoy desinflamando. Ya puedo respirar muchisimo mejor (recuerden que soy alérgica al aire). Hago entre una hora y dos horas de ejercicio de lunes a viernes y los sábados camino 20 min. a paso firme.
Los ejercicios que ahora puedo hacer con más fuerza y ganas son zumba (con pesas de 2 lb), crossfit (incluye abdominales, lagartijas, trabajo con pesas para bicep y tricep) y hi-low.
En cuanto me levanto me tomo mi probiótico y 2 reparadores, 2 vitaminas y me preparo Muscle Energy con Berry Blast para antes y durante mi jornada de ejercicio. Ya que termino mi sesión, me tomo en el desayuno la MRP con la fibra o en la noche la tomo de cena.
Ahora siento que voy tonificando y bajando de peso a la vez, sigo sin migraña desde que inicié el reto a finales de agosto, así como sin tomar nada para la gastritis, estoy cambiando mi vida para bien y aunque me falta mucho en peso para llegar a mi meta, veo que en músculo y talla se esta compensando.
