Comenze e reto como un seguimiento de ejercicio que tenia en mis planes, con la idea de acelerar los resultados,
Con el paso de los dias aprendi que mi meta tendria un cambio temporal al tener que bajar primero de peso para despues definir correctamente cada musculo.
Mi peso siempre estubo estable sin embargo la primer semana alcanze a notar un cambio milimetrico en la zona media debido a la parte de desintoxicacion.
Mi energia cambio en muchos sentidos, ya no me cansaba a poco tiempo de correr o hacer algun ejercicio lo que ayudo a un mayor rendimiento.
-La linea de de productos la consumi diariamente la mayor parte por la mañana y el resto durante las comidas,
-Dedicaba 1:30 hrs de ejercicio (correr) entre otras rutinas ligeras
