Challenge finished!! This is my forth challenge and it was a but of a hard one!!
I love all 8 products, I take them all religiously!! I eat pretty clean but did cut out rice and grains in the last 2 weeks, therefore only getting carbs from veggies and fruit. I'm obsessed with training, and as a PT I'm in the gym twice a day mon-fri and sat mornings... So I usually workout after training my amazing clients!! For the first 4 weeks I broke it up like this:
Mon AM - chest
Mon PM - back
Tues AM - legs
Tues PM - shoulders
Wed AM - runnez club (intervals)
Wed PM - stairs and abs
Thur AM - chest
Thur PM - back
Fri AM - legs
Fri PM - shoulders
Sat - circuit sesh or pole class
In the last 4 weeks I increased cardio and only training each body part once per week instead of twice. I also did more supersets/triplesets. Unfortunately, 2 weeks before the end I hyperextended my shoulder and couldn't train any upper body!! So as well as increasing my yor repair intake, I also had to stick to only training legs or cardio! Never the less, pushed through and finished!! Happy with my results of dropping 2% body fat while gaining muscle!!
