Bueno mas que nada estoy super contento por este reto me ayudo mucho,me hiso una persona mas diciplinada y hacer mejor las cosas y constancia sobre todo,yo emepze con un peso de 72kg mi peso ideal es 79 por mi estatura utlise 5 semanas del reto para aumentar de peso mi dieta consistia en
6 am un licuado con malteada YOR verduras
8:30 avena fiber plus un filete de pescado
30 min antes del gym tomava berry blast
9:30 estava entrenando en el gym pesas
11:30 arroz con atun etc y malteada yor
2 hora de comida lo que hicieran en casa,vitamis y dijest ultra
5 verduras y arroz
7:30 super grenns
9:30 arroz almendras nueces y malteada yor repair probiotics ultra

asi diario de lunes a domingo,e descanso dormia alas 10 y despertava a las 6, era asi durante 5 semanas para aumentar peso logre en 2 semans aumentar 4 kg, el entrenamiento en el gym era totalmente duro la primera semana empezava a marearme,pero despues me acostumbre,llegue ala semana 5 y habia aumentado 7kg algo increible pero con constancia y buena dieta todo se puede,entonces solo faltavan 3 semanas,cambio mi dieta y mi rutina de gym,cero grasas,cero azucar,cero sales,algo totalmente dificil jaaja, la rutian de gym ya no era mucho peso era menso peso y mas repeticiones quemar el musculo,tratava de comer proteina para mantener el musculo y no se baje al hacer cardio hacia mucha cuerda,es muy buena la recomiendo,incluso ayuda a definir hombre pierna abdomen. peus estoy contento y a subir mas y seguirle que esto apenas es el comienzo suerte a todos :)) VOTEN POR MI
