My goal starting this challenge was to gain up to ten pounds of lean muscle and tone my body. My starting weight was 115lbs and I am ending at 113lbs.
For the first two weeks I was working out at home, doing ab and squat challenges.
Mid challenge, for about a month I had to slow down due to a new schedule that I was not used to. I ended up having some health issues that made it hard to reach my goals and that set me back.
The last 2-3 weeks of my challenge, I began eating better and started feeling better.
I took digest ultra with most of my larger meals, I drank my supergreens at least one every other day, I had 1-2 Shakes a day, probiotics, fiber occasionally, and berry blast often for energy.
