This 8 Week Challenge was really a challenge! I only went down a total of 2lbs amongst celebrating everyone's birthday including my own! At 29 years old I now feel more confident than ever because of the choices I have learned to make while on the challenge. I did eat some cake.....(too much cake) but I managed to balance out the rest of the cycle and utilize the product line to my advantage. Taking the full line up of products increased my stamina and endurance to make it through some tough days when attempting to work out. All in all I'm more mentally prepared for my next challenge and happy with the progress of continued to make. Thank you Yor Health for coming out with a mobile app to make life even more fun & simple!!!
