I am in LOVE with YOR Health!!
Prior to this challenge, I trained daily. I got to the point that i just couldn't tighten everything up. I was stuck! Ive been working out 5-6 days per week with YOR Health and truly cannot see myself training without it now!

My main goal in this challenge was to gain muscle and I can proudly say that I have gained 2kgs of lean muscle in 8 weeks while increasing my metabolism by 10%! My recovery and skin has been incredible since using the Repair Ultra morning and night. My digestive health has improved 10 fold, taking the fibre and probiotics, and also the Digest Enzymes with every meal. I have so much more useful energy when i have a Berry Blast compared to when I was a coffee fiend, and the MRP helps eliminate the bad habit of skipping meals when i'm running around and "too busy" for lunch It's also great to down a shake after training!
