I like to think I'm a pretty active guy, but with the help of the Yor Sculpt set I've gotten into the best shape of my life. I have tons more energy, better nights sleep, and a improved version of me. This 8 week challenge kick started a whole new mindset for me and now I truly believe I can accomplish any goal I set for myself.

I started out at 170lbs with a target of 160lbs. Hit the gym 4 days a week and did a lot of walking on off days. I combined the super greens with the chocolate mrp for breakfast which is money! Had a muscle energy before workouts and another mrp after. Also took a probiotic once a day, and a repair ultra at night. The hidden gem was the berry blast. On days when I wanted to kick it up a notch, that became my go to and it definitely gave me a nice energy boost!

After it was all said and done my final weight was 166lbs and a lot more muscle to show for it! I'm no where near the end of my journey so round 2 of the 8-week cycle here I come!
