Hello my name is Jesse figg. When I first started the challenge I really wasn't sure if the products would have much of an effect on me because I have always been a relatively fit and healthy person. But 8 weeks later I feel fitter and happier than ever.
The products that I took were 1 repair before bed and when I woke up, 2 essential vitamins breakfast, lunch and dinner, a super green, fibre and berry blast shake in the morning, 1 digest ultra 2 times a day with lunch and dinner, 1 probiotic before bed and approximately 3 mrp'so during the day and after training.
I have been training at the gym approximately 4 days a week and playing basketball 2 days a week. As the 8 weeks got further along my fitness at basketball has increased so much I can hardly explain. I have always been a fit person but now i feel I could run a marathon without stopping, which is exactly what I plan to try and do in the next couple of months.
My starting weight was just over 77kg and I finished just under 80kg. Although I have gotten a lot fitter and also managed to put on over 2kgs of lean muscle that still isn't the best part of my transformation. Since being on the products I feel a lot more happy and motivated and I am also sleeping a lot better than I ever have before, so I am so much more alert and ready for my day. After this 8 week challenge I have decide to become a customer for life. I am grateful for what yor health has done for me and I will be sharing it with many more people
