I started the challenges weighing in at 82 kg and now
have dropped to 74kg. I am a tradesmen so it was going to be hard knowing my day already consisted of waking at 4am and not getting home till 5pm so once i started i knew i was going to need a boost. Thats were yor health products came in and helped out tremendously! So this was/is my training every week 6 nights gym doing weights, 20km run spread over the week and also 2 nights per week there was football training.My diet consisted of supergreens and yor repair first thing as i woke then for lunch a meal with yor digestive tablet, after this i had yor meal replacement for dinner followed by yor repair i stuck to this for 8 weeks. I started noticing results after the first week i had so much energy and weight was coming off, it kept going and getting better and better as i got fiiter and stronger. Yor health products not only helped me but i believe broke me through that barrier that i needed to get through to get through all the training and weightloss. This journey has been tough but i got there and i owe it to yor health and the products they have created.
