Hello my name is Alberto Suarez, I am 33 years old. The reason I joined the 8 week challenge was to better by health. I started it the challenge weighing 229lb and end it the challenge at 218lb, my gold was to reach 200lb but because I was doing heavy weight I build more muscle and how know muscle weights more than fat. I work out 5 days a week for and 1h 30m including cardio. I always take my complete burn everyday every 5 hours, in the morning my MRP with a scoop of super greens and a probiotic. During my work out I take my muscle energy that help have a longer work, and right after the work out I take my MRP so my muscle could absorb the nutrients and protein. The challenge impact my live a good way because it help me to be more dedicated to my health and focused in a better healthy environment by controlling the way I eat.
