This is my first cycle completing the Yor Best Body 8 week challenge. My goal was to lose 8 kilo's in 8 week, bringing me to under 70 kilo's. The last time I ever weighed under 70 kilos was when I was 16 years old, that was 14 years ago. With the Yor Health products and the consistency of exercising 6 days a week, I MADE IT!

I can not express how excited and happy I am that I did this challenge!! I started at 27.8% body fat and finished at 21.7%, dropping 6.1% of body fat in 8 weeks. My weight was at 76.5 kilos (BMI of 25.6 - over weight) and finishing at 69.9 kilos (BMI of 23 - normal). I feel like I should have been at this weight all along but was obviously struggling with my weight over the last 14 years. Until now, thanks to Yor Health!

All of the products are amazing and really do work! I used the Digest Ultra before each meal to to help break down my food, making it easily to digest. Each morning I took Yor Vitamins with the Super Greens, Fiber Plus, and Berry Blast as a shake, this gave me energy to face each busy day as I work full time and a full time mummy to my active 6 year old child. After each work out I would help replenish my muscles with protein, taking the Vanilla MRP shake which is soooo yummy! Then lastly before bed I would take one Probiotic Ultra and two Repair Ultra, this assisted the good health in my system to keep in tack and the muscle repair worked like a dream especially after going really hard on leg days, sprint days, actually on everyday. :)
