I use the whole product line. I wake up in the morning, I would take an MRP with complete burn, super green, muscle energy, 2 vitamins, and a digestive then I would work out. I would snack on bananas and apple. Eat an lean lunch, such as steamed salmon with veges. I would only eat like twice a day or less. I would take another burn pill(up to 2 or 3 a day) and continue to work out. My work outs includes running, weights, plyometrics, ETC. I would work out at least 3 hours a day with rest time of course.
The only thing I wish I did better is I wish I had used the full 8 weeks and not the last 5 days.
