hola que tal,estoy contento por haber bajado 6 kilos en el reto de 8 semanas, aunque mi objetivo eran 8 para nada estoy desanimado, al contrario, le doy gracias a Yor por inventar la manera de que uno se cuide y haga algo por su salud. los productos que use son todos (MRP, supergreen, digetivo, probiotico, reparador, vitaminas, berryblast y complete born)tomados de la manera mas facil y sencilla, mañana y noche suplia mis alimentos por el MRP, el supergreen al levantarme con probioticos y reparador, vitaminas 2 en la mañana dos en la comida y dos en la noche, el berry cuando me sintiera cansado y el complete born antes de ir a correr por las mañanas de lunes a viernes. El ejercicio lo hacia aproximadamente de 3 a 5 veces por semana por las mañanas antes de ir al trabajo. Para mi el reto no fue nada facil, tenia tiempo que no me sentia tan comodo con mi ropa y la forma de verme, pero creo que estoy en el camino correcto para sentirme saludable por mucho mucho tiempo, estoy por inscribirme al segundo reto para definir y mejorar mi aspecto fisicamente y creo lograrlo, mi esposa esta contenta con lo que hice y logre, y eso me hace mas feliz todavia, ARRIBA YOR HEALTH ouch!!!!
