Wow!
I undertook the YOR health best body challenge to change how I felt in my own skin.

You know how you can be happy, you can be happy with your friends, you can be happy wearing nice clothes, you can be happy with your family but you look in the mirror and you want to be happier with your body. You know that your reflection isn't a true reflection of yourself and furthermore it is not a reflection of your best self.

That's what looking in the mirror was for me!
Right now though, I see my reflection and I know, wow! I have changed, I feel better, I have more energy I am More regular, I feel better with my partner, because I feel better!

My challenge consisted of using the complete products regime.
I would start my day the best way with my fibre, Supergreens and berryblast, midway through the challenge I started to use these with a nutribullet that we got so I added these products in with things like baby spinach, fruits and nuts.

Pre-workout I would use berryblast and post workout I would use the YOR shake.

The final weeks I was using the shake for breakfast aswell as post-workout and also added the Supergreens to my post workout shake!

Finishing the day off with the probiotics and the repair.
I would workout 3-5 times most weeks and over the Easter week that was only once! Oops!

When I started my challenge I wasn't happy with my pecs, I would get teased by family and my partner for having little man boobs!
Now, I know I don't! For the first time I actually have pecs! Haha I am really super happy about that!

I have improved my strength and size so much more that I thought I would over the 8 weeks it's crazy!!

Every morning I can wake up and actually wake up, with the energy I need for the day ahead!
I can't wait to start my next challenge and see how much more I can improve my "YOR best body"!!!
