Hola mi nombre es Marlene, estoy muy contenta con el reto ya que los productos son muy buenos, eh sentido muchos cambios en mi metabolismo ya que tenia algunos problemas con la parte digestiva y ahora me siento mas ligera, sigo teniendo el mismo peso, pero mi ropa me queda mucho mejor, las estrías se me han ido quitando y cada vez tengo mi piel mas firme. Aquí aprendí que no es el peso el mas importante ya que puedes pesar lo mismo que al principio pero la diferencia es que ya no es grasa si no musculo,mi paquete fue el "Adelgaza" y realmente me ayudo mucho, desayunaba mi malteada, hacia mis colaciones con frutas, tomaba mis digestivas en el almuerzo después del primer bocado, el Berry Blast era mi acompañante con el almuerzo y me ayudaba a mantenerme activa. y en la cena volvía a cenar la malteada acompañada de un poco de ejercicio, pilates spinning.
