This will be my fourth cycle completed since the 8 week challenge was launched.
I started with a weight of 158 lbs, and finished at 162 lbs. Wow! I never thought that it was going to be this tough to lean out and also put on muscle weight at the same time. Thankfully I had the MRP. I took from two to three shakes a day this cycle. not to replace a meal but to add a meal and made sure that I was eating better food. drank the super greens once a day with lemonade of course is my favorite. took the repair and probiotics every morning. "Thank God for Free with 3 by the way" I'm not going to lie, I don't really take the fiber that much. I would say I drank fiber maybe a total of ten times within these past eight weeks, but I did. I also took my digest enzymes with most of my meals followed by the vitamins after eating. and finally my absolute favorite product, Yor Muscle Energy. Man! without this I feel like I couldn't have gone through all the work outs I did because i was doing a lot of calisthenics and also I worked on my lower body. That's where most of the weight I gained went to, my legs. I had a personal trainer who showed me a tone of new exercises and I worked out with him from two to three times a week and then I will work out by myself an other two to three times a week.
I can't stress enough how important the challenge has been to my life every time I join one of the groups to compete. Not only I can see that the consistency with the products give me more energy but also how amazing I can look when I'm in the challenge. The goal now is to be able to compete in the championships, so hopefully I will be able to qualify.
