Buenas noches, estoy super contenta y agradecida por pertenecer a este hermoso proyecto que es el RETO YOR BEST BODY porque mi vida ha dado un giro impresionante en todos los sentidos, en este reto baje 3 kgs y 1 talla, pero fuera de eso la energia con que estoy todo el dia y mi dolor de huesos que han desaparecido al 100% no lo pago con nada. Yo tomo en las mañanas en ayunas mis vitaminas, probioticos y repair, despues mi desayuno un Yor Shake con fibra y supergreens, tomo una digest ultra antes de cada comida (solida). Realmente tengo que confesar que no hago ejercicio con mucha frecuencia por malos habitos pero he empezado a caminar y con algo de zumba. Estoy segura que seguire adelante mejorando cada dia mi calidad de vida e inyectando energia a mi cuerpo. Gracias!!!!
