First I would like to thank YOR Health for the best products!!! I was born and raised in Russia. I was always in good shape and worked out since high school. I came to USA when I was 19 years old. Everything changed including my diet and exercise routine. I started gaining weight and in 6 months, i gained almost 20 pounds.
