Hi my name is Juan Cabrera this is my fourth cycle of the 8 week challenge. I started weighing 195 lbs my goal was to put 10 lbs of muscles, I managed to put 5 lbs. Even though I didn't meet my goal, I met my second goal which was to tone my abs, more definition.
I love all the products! The products I used to get to my goal were the enzymes (YorDigest Ultra), Vitamins, YOR MRP, Complete Burn, Berry blast & YOR SuperGreens.
A normal routine of me taking the products were number 1, shake, super greens and berry blast. Number 2, enzymes & vitamins with every meal for better digestion and more energy. Number 3, the complete burn or berry blast for more energy or pre workout for the gym.
I exercised 3-5 times a week for at least 1-2.5 hours. No excuses, rain or cold no problem. Each day I work 1-2 different muscles on my body. A routine can be like chest, abs & biceps on monday. Tuesday, back & triceps, abs. Wednesday, shoulders & abs. Thursday, legs. Friday free for all.
So far this challenge has giving me so much confident. I'm much more happier, feel better and energy levels are higher.
