So my journey was not what i planned it out to be, not really getting the results i really wanted but i did see a difference as well as other people that im always around with. I was not able to go to the gym as often as i wanted due to work commitments but i tried to stick to it and did the best i could.

I would consider myself as skinny fat weighing in at 75kgs. I tried all different supplements and a semi good diet but results were slow, painfully slow. Getting on the YOR Health products i started to see physical changes as well as my health. I was beginning to see results within 1 to 2 weeks with a okay diet. Now dropping down to 66kgs. It may not look like it but that's what the scale says haha

During the 8 Week Challenge i used YOR Supergreens YOR Berry Blast MRP's, Fibre, Probiotics and digest and vitamins with every meal daily.

Results were coming but again i didnt really stick to the gym due work commitments so results are not the best but health wise and seeing results pretty much instantly made me feel that the YOR products were really great improving my health a seeing small physical changes made me confident to use the products over and over again.

I will enter in another 8 Week Challenge and will dedicate 8 weeks to full training and diet and to get the best body i can achieve. Being the best version of myself!
