Wow, I gotta write an essay! Ha! My name is Catherine, a.k.a Cat and I'M IN THE CHALLENGE!
At one time I use to weigh 223lbs and it was after high school. I was a cheerleader, so I was always active until graduation. I let myself go big time, going from 156lbs to 223lbs in 16 months. I got a gym membership and started exercising on my own. I lost a lot of weight in 2 1/2 years. I went down 7 pants sizes, starting from size 14 and then I got stuck, I couldn't loose weight anymore and I was frustrated. I tried a lot of stuff to loose the last 10lbs but it was hard.
Then through the power of networking I started talking to an old friend/ gym buddy; My friend Chris who told me about the challenge and the products. His results were amazing, I almost thought they were photoshopped because, I couldn't believe someone could look that good in 8 weeks when I'd been trying for almost 3 years. I saw other testimonials and I thought, "Eh, you never know if you don't try."
I picked the best body set and started immediately. I started every day with a Yorhealth MRP with Yor Super Greens and Yorhealth Fiber blended together. I also made sure to take my Yorhealth vitamins and Yorhealth Repair. In the evening I would make a healthy meal, prep meals for a week, and eat a nice snack along with exercise. Since I have no gym membership, It never stopped me from working out. I watches exercise videos and worked out with friends at home and even went jogging on a few occasions. After week 3 my body was changing and I loved it. It was really hard in the beginning because I'm a Theatre art major and I had to balance a job while doing a show, so my MRP's came in extra handy. I love the vanilla but once you add a scoop of peanut butter and half a banana in the chocolate flavor, it puts vanilla in the corner. I also loved Berry Blast which I drank after every workout or just when I craving something sweet. My challenge was going so great that my costume teacher had to resize me after my first month because my original costume he measured me for was too loose for me to wear. A lot of my cast members also noticed in the first month.
The best part of my challenge was the support system. My friend Chris was amazing at keeping me on track with his encouragement. I also got 3 other friends to do the challenge with me and we all made sure to stay on track. I already watch what I eat but this challenge has inspired me to eat cleaner and I plan to sculpt and tone my body in my next challenge. I'm EXCITED!!!!!
AT THE END I'VE LOST 8lbs OF STUBBORN WEIGHT THAT DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE, GONE DOWN A PANTS SIZE OF A SIZE 8 TO SIZE 6, AND I'M MORE CONFIDENT. I'VE ALSO LOST A FEW INCHES ON MY WAIST AND BUST. I ALSO WEIGH LESS THAN I'VE EVER HAD. SIZE 6 IS MY SMALLEST PANTS SIZE UP TO DATE AND WILL BE MY LAST SIZE....
I LOVE MY CHALLENGE, I WISH I COULD HAVE FOUND YORHEALTH ALMOST 3 YEARS AGO. BUT IT'S LIKE THEY SAY, "GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT..." ;)
