Este reto para mi fue súper difícil porque soy una mujer disciplinada pero tengo un gran problema amo los postres y el mes pasado fue mi cumpleaños y todo mundo me quería dar pastel. Me gusta hacer ejercicio pero me cuesta muchísimo levantarme temprano y trate de aplicarme todos los días con el ejercicio. Debo confesar que sin los productos no lo hubiera logrado porque amo tener un desayuno tan delicioso con tan pocas calorías y con la ayuda de mis amigos que no me dejaban y me impulsaban para seguir con mi reto y mi meta. Me alegré muchísimo al ver mis fotos del después porque se nota la diferencia quizá no en peso pero talla si lo note bastante, para mi meta me faltaron 2 libras pero eso me impulsa y me motiva para el siguiente reto aplicarme mas y con mayor disciplina.
