Bueno este es mi segundo ciclo en YOR. El primero logre bajar bastante de peso y en este segundo me compremeti con el ejercicio más que nunca, pero tambien se cruzaron exámenes y no pude hacer tanto ejercicio como hubiese querido, pero de todos modos todo estoy me ayudo a crear una rutina para mejorar mi salud como desde el primer reto. Los productos de oye son geniales y funcionan muchísimo, recomiendo el reto muchísimo, y yo seguiré inscribiendome al reto hasta lograr el cuerpo deseado.
El MRP y las ultradigest siempre me acompañan y no falta el supergreens cada mañaana.
