Hola!! Estoy feliz con mia resultados!!
Empece pesando 57kg y jamas había pesado eso, así que decidí tomarme en serio el reto de 8 semanas!!
Mi meta fue bajar 3kg ahora peso 54.5kg pero lo mejor es que aumente masa muscular y me siento increible.
Viajo mucho y no tengo mucho tiempo de entrenar, entreno 3 veces a la semana maximo 2 horas, lo que si hago es hacer 5 comidas al día y ahi es donde incluyo mi paquete fitness, me tomo mis yor repair y probiotics al despertar, antes y despues de entrenar mi mrp con super greens y fibra, claro mis digest enzymes antes de los alimentos y por la noche otra mrp de chocolate!!
Durante los viajes me tomo mi berry blast!
Este reto me ayudo a cuidar lo que como, literalmente tener una vida saludable y sobre todo divertirme!!
Ahora que veo el resultado estoy feliz y voy por mas!
