En este ciclo me mantuve en mi peso, lo mejor de todo es que a pesar de que 2 de mis 3 comidas al dia las hacia fuera de casa, el mantenerme en mi peso no fue problema.
Me tomo mi probiotico al despertar, un rato después me desayunaba mi Yor Shake. A la hora de la comida mis enzimas digestivas, una capsula, a menos de que comiera harinas entonces mejor me tomaba 2. por la media tarde no puede faltar mi berry riquisimo y por la noche que salia a cenar con mi familia de nuevo mis enzimas digestivas.
En los días que hice ejercicio terminando me tomaba mis enzimas reparadoras y asi no sufria el resto del dia por quedar adolorida. Hice ejercicio por semanas, una si y otra no.
Lo que más me impacta de estar en el reto es como facilita mi dia a día el estar nutrida y el tener mis productos para mantener mi peso y no preocuparme por que si como y que no o contar calorias. Simplemente me encanta
