This is the 5th official challenge I have now completed! I am really happy that my results keep getting better and better! I may not have had a crazy transformation but I am keeping consistent and I am very happy with that!
I was using the super shake in the morning as always (Berry Blast, Supergreens and Fibre) and Digest Ultra at least once a day. My vitamin intake was 2 per day instead of 4 like last time and 3 times a week I would have a YOR Shake. Finally, always before bed my standard routine continued: 2x Repair Ultra and 1x Probiotic Ultra.
I exercised 3-4 times a week but also was undertaking a special 12 week challenge at my local gym. It was incredible to see how much the products helped me through some of the Workouts that were part of this challenge... some of them I would have never believed that I was capable of!
Really to summarise, the impact this challenge has had on my life is that it has given me the belief that I can do so much more with my body than I thought I could previously. And with a slight shoulder injury several weeks ago, my recovery was very rapid and I was back in the gym in just a few days. I am so grateful for the nutrition I get from YOR Health because without the right nutrition, exercise doesn't mean much!
