Before the YOR Best Body Challenge, I was always the skinny girl that was never able to gain lean muscle weight, but always had digestion problems, causing my stomach to look bloated all the time. I was tired of being called "twiggy" and feeling unhealthy for being underweight, resulting in my lack of confidence in myself.

I decided to do the 8-week challenge to improve my health and confidence in myself. I started to stay more consistent with eating every 3 hours, use more Digest Ultra with every meal, take the YOR Shake and SuperGreens, 2 Repair Ultra and Complete Burn in the morning, and use the YOR Shake with 1 scoop of Muscle Energy before I work out. I started to work out with my friends 3-4 days a week because we always push each other to improve the amount of weights we use. After my workout I would drink a YOR Shake and take 2 Repair Ultra.

I'm happy to say that I was able to gain 3 pounds of lean weight from being 95 pounds to 98 pounds! I feel healthier and closer to my ultimate goal of being 105 pounds to be within my weight range for my height.
