I will start by saying that I am very impressed with the results I have seen within myself! It shows that with anything, if you stay consistent and stick at something you will get great results!

Throughout all of last year, I had been taken these products along with all my training and running, pushing myself and getting the results I was after. Mentally I was in a good state. This year in February I went on a holiday to Hawaii and my goodness did I just love all the food there! After getting back I really struggled to get back into it, I gained a little weight and I had to take a step back and start again.

At this point I decided to take on the 8 week challenge and my goodness I was probably the most mentally frustrated person in the gym with my lifts declining in weight and my running times took a hit too.

I do have a good laugh because I became a bit unstuck over Easter, I mean, who doesn’t love a hot cross bun and some easter eggs right? Haha

Throughout the challenge, I used the whole range of Yor Health products to help maximise my results that I was trying to gain.

Thank goodness for the app, such a great way to reminder to have some of the products if ever in a rush!

Upon waking I would take a repair ultra and a probiotic ultra, I would then sit down wake up and bit, then have a scoop of super greens and fibre with water. I have only ever had small breakfasts but were never too filling, so I included a Yor shake (chocolate of course!!) with breakfast that kept me full right up until lunch time.
With lunch I would include the essential vitamins. Depending on how large my lunch was sometimes I would also take a digestive ultra too. Also depending if I was at work or not I would include a berry blast to help me push through and stay focused at work.
When it came around to dinner I would take a digestive ultra, as it was my most dense meal. Before bed I would take a repair ultra.
As for my diet I really just did small swaps and I still enjoyed most the foods I love. Instead of a sugary snack in the afternoon or night, I had some fruit or some nuts to help me eat just a bit better than usual.

Before hitting the gym, I would take a berry blast half hour before training, this providing the extra kick I would need to push through a hard session. As a post work out I would use the Yor Shake to help me get the protein I needed and it also helped me on unnecessary sneaky snacking.

I would train 5-6 days per week.
Upper body was done twice per week.
Legs/core was done twice per week but tried to focus on this as it was my weakness.
Cardio included in some of those session & some days i'd just run.

I am SOOOO happy that I stuck at it, I have lost 1kg which is awesome and noticeable some body fat too.
BUT my major goal of running 5km in under 27mins was absolutely SMASHED!! I managed to run a new PB for 5km for 25mins 10secs.

This challenge has put me back on track mentally and physically! I have become a more positive and more happy person.
I really do just want to share happiness with everyone! :)

I have some pretty awesome energy going on now so I can't wait to do another challenge in the future and go beyond, so be prepared to see me again!! haha :)

Also shout out to Brigitte Pink.
She is such a true inspiration! You go girlfriend!

Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
