Hi my name is Jacky Shiu and I am 26.
Through using the YOR Health Slim Set and participating in the YOR Best Body 8 Week challenge it has helped me accomplish my goal of wanting to lose weight. Through completing this challenge and achieving my goal it has provided me with a lot more self confidence and has made me a happier man overall.
