I was introduced to the Yor Health products about a year ago, i did loose about 12 pounds but soon after i got pregnant. I knew that after i gave birth that i was going to go back to using the products to loose what i can of baby weight. When i started to use the products i was 151 and now in 8 weeks i went down to 143. The products that i used were the Yor Shakes,Yor Probiotics Ultra, Yor Essential Vitamin, Yor Repair Ultra,Yor Berry Blast, Yor Fiber Plus and the Yor Super Greens. The shakes were so good and it helped me out in the morning, since i do not have the time to cook a lot anymore having a shake when i don't have time and i'm hungry helps. Just a week after using the products i felt a big different, i was feeling more energetic and a little lighter on my feet.I took the products almost every single day sometimes you do forget but just remember for the next day. i tried to follow the schedule that the products brought.
