Yo inicie este reto pesando 127 libras, el día de hoy después de 8 semanas peso 122.5 libras, aunque no llegue a mi peso meta me siento muy bien, considero que en poco tiempo he logrado cambios en mi cuerpo y en mi salud.
Consumí básicamente todos los productos:
Al despertar super Greens con mis cápsulas Repair y probioticos, un poco de ejercicio y terminando mi rutina me tomaba mi deliciosa MRP con vitaminas.
A la hora de la comida digestivas y de nuevo vitaminas y por la noche tomaba mi MRP con mis vitaminas!!!! Entre comidas snaks saludables.
El ejercicio lo hacía de 3 a 4 veces por semana.
Definitivamente estoy feliz con los resultados y ahora estoy muy emocionada y ansiosa por pasar al siguiente reto, para mi el reto ha significado mucho, de entrada el decidir hacer algo por mi salud, ya que de otra manera posiblemente no lo hubiera hecho, el verme al espejo y empezar a gustarme lo que veo definitivamente ha elevado mi autoestima, para mi todo esto ha sido una bendición.
