Hi! I am a long-time YOR Health enthusiast. I've been using the products for a while. Sometime ago the products helped me get rid of 26lbs in eight weeks. I have been able to keep the weight off for 6 years. However, I've always wanted to take my fitness to the next level. I saw the challenge as a big opportunity to hit my long-desired goal to sculpt my body and get back to that athletic body I had as an athlete in my high school and college years. I am definitely not where I want to be yet, but these last 8 weeks got me a lot closer to my fitness goals.
I chose the sculpt set for this challenge. I worked out 5 times a week. My workouts were a mix of swimming 3,000-4,000m a week, strength training twice a week, soccer once a week for an hour and cycling indoors once a week for 45mins.
I wish I could say I have a favorite product because I don't. I like all of them. I used the YOR Muscle Energy to boost my workouts, YOR MRP as my protein shake after workouts, the Supergreens once or twice a day to get those important micronutrients essential for recovery. Also, I took YOR Digest Ultra with my meals, the YOR Probiotic Ultra before going to bed along with YOR Repair to improve my digestion and recovery time respectively.
Being in the challenge has helped me beyond just improving my body, it has helped be build better habits with working out regularly. I think the hardest thing was to start, but once I got to exercise daily the first couple of weeks, I couldn't skip a day.
