Prior to commencing the YOR Best body challenge I had been a mundane member of a gym for quite a few years. Like many, hit a plateau in my training and majorly in my motivation. Recently starting full time work i was time poor and doomed for weight gain. With an overseas holiday as my motivation to trim down I decided that for once I won't put a price on my health and do what it takes to gain control of my training. I purchased one of the YOR health packs which included: super greens, vanilla protein (best tasting I've even had), probiotics, digest, muscle recovery, multivitamins and berry blast. I used the protein as an after workout drink, berry blast as a pre workout and the super greens as my morning ritual. I'm extremely happy with the product and have recommended to those around me. I am also very proud of my after shots and the results I have gained, which motivates me to strive for more!
