When I started the 8-Week YOR Body Challenge I was a little skeptical about what my results were going to be. In the end I ended up losing 7 lbs. of body fat and gaining 5 lbs. of muscle!! I feel amazing and can't wait to continue taking the products.

I always started my day with 1 YOR Repair Ultra, 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra and 1 YOR CompleteBurn. Then for breakfast I would have 4 egg whites and oatmeal. Around 10am I would have a YOR SuperGreens mixed with OJ & extra pulp and 1 YOR CompleteBurn. For lunch I would have either a Chocolate or Vanilla MRP shake, which always got me through the rest of the day! Then my afternoon snack would be some form of protein (cottage cheese, eggs, banana with peanut butter). Then for dinner I would have protein, veggies and a sweet potato or brown rice and take a YOR Digest Ultra. On days I felt like I needed a little more energy I would have a YOR Berry Blast mixed with cranberry. I have ever felt better.

I would exercise 5-6 days a week in the morning alternating between doing upper body and lower, of course I was doing cardio and abs whenever I could. For reps I would do 3 sets of 15 reps each for each muscle. I tried to do 3 exercise for each muscle group.

Like I said I was skeptical but I am a total believer now and I can't see not continuing to take the YOR products. The YOR products made me feel cleaner and joining the challenge has given me the kick start to really taking charge of my health and becoming the best me!! I would highly recommend YOR products.
