I'm Johnnie Mier, 32 year old female with congenital Muscular Dystrophy. During my 8 week challenge I've used daily the Digest Ultra, Yor MRP twice daily most days, berry blast, fiber and greens. Every Morning I drink a "Super Shake" 10oz water, berry blast, fiber, 2 scoops of Vanilla MRP and Greens with a few cubes of ice. I have done this every morning and I love it!!! During the last week i've used Complete Burn and Repair Ulta. The last 2 weeks of my challenge I began Physical Therapy. The Complete burn gave me the extra energy to push through the tough exercises and the Repair Ultra taken after my therapy and before bedtime has greatly reduced my aches in pains. I love it. I have lost 13.6 lbs and a total of 14 inches between my bust, waist and hips. As someone struggling with Muscular Dystrophy the first 6 weeks I did no exercise but I did have more energy to tackle my regular routine instead of always being tired.
