Participar en este reto ha sido un logro muy importante para mí, ya que es la primera vez en mi vida que me he comprometido con el ejercicio de una manera constante. Es increíble ser tu propia motivación, saber que todo depende de ti y que el resultado también será un gran regalo para ti. Me he sentido tan feliz!!! La manera como el ejercicio llena a tu cuerpo de energía y cómo los suplementos balancean tu organismo es algo maravilloso!!
