Before I started the challenged I weighed 134.
The products i used were the completeburn, MRP, supergreens, essential vitamins, probiotics and the digest. I wasnt very consistent with the MRP but I mainly ate if for breakfast when I could fit it in. I became more consistent with it the last 3 weeks of my challenge. I took the supergreens EVERY DAY and I loved the way it made me feel...filled with energy and focused for class. I took between 1-2 complete burns a day with my meals along with the essential vitamins. Unfortunately I didn't get the digest until later in my challenge but once i got it i took it once a day with a meal. the probiotics was taken before bed time.
I tried to exercise 3-4 times a week...if i got lucky 5 times.My workouts were a mix of weight training and some cardio, ZUMBA and some nights yoga.Overall I FEEL healthy..literally. My insides don't feel as clogged and I don't really feel heavy after meals. Although I gained a pound as oppose to losing one (muscle weighs more than fat :-)) I'm pretty satisfied with the way things have gone within this first challenge.
