Hola a todos!!!
Pues yo empece con un peso de 58kg con una meta de llegar a 55kg.
La forma en la que consumí el producto fue:en ayunas me tomaba el probiotics, si estaba adolorida me tomaba el repair si no no, después tomaba la proteína antes de mi ejercicio, al finalizar desayunaba y tomaba las vitaminas, como a las 12 preparaba el supergreens junto con la fibra, a la hora de la comida me tomaba el digest junto con las vitaminas y mi comida, a media tarde hacia una colación de alimentos y en la noche cenaba la proteína.
El ejercicio que hice durante el reto era de una hora de lunes a viernes. Este reto para mi ha sido una experiencia muy enriquecedora pues te enseña a luchar y tener perseverancia en tu vida daría, a comprometerte con algo sin dejarlo a la mitad ya que el reto es contra ti mismo, he perdido peso, me veo mejor pero lo mas importante es que me siento mucho mejor de salud.
