Una vez más sorprendida por los cambios!!! ..en este ciclo iniciaba mi día con mi mrp a las 3 horas hacia una colación con una fruta y 2 horas después un jugo, entre 4-5 pm es mi horario de comida, claro previo a comida mi yor digest ultra y finalmente a las 8-9 pm tomaba nuevamente mi mrp, en la ultimas 3 semanas inicie una breve rutina de abdominales con un equipo para trabajar abdomen durante 20 minutos
.. el impacto en mi vida así impresionante con este ciclo otra talla menos y con los kilos se han ido también los dolores de espalda y rodillas, he aprendido a organizar mis alimentos y me ayudado a adoptar un estilo de vida saludable... mis próxima meta ingresar a un equipo de runners. .. super motivada y feliz!!!!
