Over a year ago I was playing basketball and torn my ACL. This killed me inside because I absolutely love to play the game. Several months later I got the surgery to repair my ACL and was stuck in bed or on crutches for a while. During this time I gained a lot of weight due to lack of exercise and poor eating habits. I was really unhappy with my physical appearance at the time. My friend and now roommate introduced me to Yor Health. I had already been taking the Super Repairs before during workouts, but I upped the amount after the surgery. I believe that because of this, that I had the recovery that I did.
This is my 2nd 8 week challenge so far. I started the first one when my doctor felt confident that I could resume physical activities again. When I started the first one I had ballooned up to 197 lbs. I couldn't believe that I was close to 200 lbs...I had never been that heavy before! During both of my 8 week challenges I have been using many of the Yor Health products including: Super Greens, Muscle Energy, Berry Blast, Digest Ultra, Repair Ultra, Probiotics, and Fat Burner. I have definitely noticed a difference. I don't always have the best exercise habits, so I know that without these products I would have been able to lose 20 lbs. I am now back playing the game I love at a competitive level.
