With only 2kg off my target weight i am very happy with the results from my 8 week Yor Body Challenge. I am in much better Health than i have ever been and feel great. This Challenge has now got me looking forward to my next challenge and body transformation. With little change to my existing Fitness routines and diet, Yor Health products have provided me an easier way for me to stay healthy. Being busy with work, gym and full time Father, its always a battle to make sure im getting my intake of the nutrients and vitamins my body needs, but Yor Products simple regimen has helped me get all of these vitamin and nutrients without having to spend hours buying and cooking the right foods. As soon as i wake up i take 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra I then have a Green Tea to start my Day, and either a Banana or Wholemeal Toast. I then go to the Gym where i spend on average 45mins - Mondays routine is Legs Chest and Triceps choosing 2 different exercises on each and usually 5 sets 10-15reps on each exercise. Tuesday is Shoulders Back and Biceps. Wednesday is Cardio Circuit. Thurs is day off (catch up with Cleaning House lol) Fridays is circuit training again and sat and sun is spent with the Family but try and sneak a run in the morning. After my training sessions i will have a protein shake. For my Lunch i will have a scoop of Yor supergreens and a scoop of Fiber plus and have a 400-500 cal meal, followed by 2 x YOR Essential Vitamins and Digest Ultra. Around 3pm i will have a berry Blast and as a Heavy coffee drinker this has been a much better and healthier alternative. At around 6pm for dinner i will again have a 400-500 cal meal. My favorite meals are omelettes made with 4 eggs, low fat milk, spinach onion and asparagus. Or a Jacket Potato with low fat cottage cheese. These are again followed by 2 x YOR essential vitamins and 1 x Digest ultra. At bed time i will take 1 x repair ultra, however if i have trained extra hard that day i will take up to 5 repair ultras.
