Inicie este reto despues de que me diera cuneta de que estaba a punto de rebasar los 90 kg, me sentía pesado, lento, sin energía ni ganas de hacer algo más allá de la rutina.
Empece tomando el MRP junto con las digest, muy buena combinación, de inmediato noté el efecto.
Empece a ir recurrentemente la baño y sentirme satisfecho por las mañanas de tal modo que cambié los tacos mañaneros por una excelente malteada llena de nutrientes.
posteriormente anexé a esto el consumo del fiber y del supergreens para complementarme en el reto.
Tomaba MRP, supergreens y fiber por la mañana y las digest en la comida.
Sinceramente no realicé ejercicio periódico ni me sometí a alguna dieta rigurosa, y eso fue lo que me sorprendio como no tienen idea, puesto que aún de ese modo logre bajar 6.5 kg. Esta increible eso, además de que los productos estan riquisimos y hasta me sentía nice portando mi shaker de yorhealth.
Al finalizar este primer reto me siento satisfecho por los resultado que eh obtenido y porsupuesto que continuaré con el siguiente. A seguir YORKEANDO!!!
